How to book a transfer?

Enter the waypoints

In the search form, please select your starting point and destination point. When choosing a starting point or a destination point, you can specify the name of the airport, the city or the name of the hotel you booked. If you specify the name of the city, you can choose one of central points of the city you are going to. For example: central train station, city center, bus station, etc. When you enter the name of the city, you will be prompted with the options of such central points of your city. Please select the appropriate option. Then click the "Find" button to see the price and options of transfer (vehicles) for your route.

 If your route is not found, fill in the transfer application form. Our manager will find a transfer for you.

Select a vehicle

Please select the appropriate vehicle class from the list of suggested transfers. The permissible number of passengers, luggage and the price are specified for each class of vehicle. Children are considered to be passengers. The number of passengers is taken into account for calculation of the price of transfer. When you choose a suitable vehicle, click "Add to Order" and then "Checkout" to proceed with booking of the transfer.

Enter your travel details

Please enter your flight number. If you failed to find your hotel by name, please enter the street address of your hotel. If you do not know the flight number, please enter the destination city of your flight. If you need a transfer from the airport, please specify the arrival time of the flight specified in your air ticket. If you need a transfer to the airport, please calculate the departure time as 2-3 hours plus the travel time before the flight.

Please specify the total number of passengers, including children. If you are traveling with children, please indicate the number of children and restraining devices will be provided to you free of charge. To save money, order the return transfer at the same time. To do so, please specify the date of your return transfer.

Enter the name to be written on a nameplate for the driver to use when meeting you, your contact email and phone number. Then you will receive an order confirmation and a voucher by email. The phone number will be used if the driver would fail to find you in the place of departure.

Payment

The transfer shall be paid directly on the day of transfer via the payment method you chose. The only exception is the payment via PayPal. This is one of the safest and most convenient methods of online payment.

In the event of any change or cancellation of the order in no less than 3 hours before the departure time of the transfer, the fee is not charged and the order is canceled free of charge. In the event of any change or cancellation of the order in less than 1 hours before the departure time of the transfer: if you cancel or change your order in no less than 0:30 Min before the departure time of the transfer, 50% of order price is charged, and the return transfer can be changed or canceled free of charge. If you cancel or change your order in less than 0:15 Min before the departure time of the transfer, the payment is charged in full. The booked return transfer can be changed or canceled free of charge.

If you choose to pay:

- Directly to the driver in cash, enter the credit card details to guarantee the transfer on your part. Correctly specified credit card will be our guarantee of the transfer on our part. You can pay by cash directly to the driver on the day of transfer.

- By credit card, the payment for the transfer will be charged on the day of the transfer.

- via PayPal, payment will be charged via PayPal in full. In case of timely and free cancellation of the transfer, your payment will be refunded in full.

Upon completion of the transfer booking, your order will be confirmed and the vehicle will be booked. A confirmation letter in the form of a voucher will be sent to your email address. Please print out the voucher and take it with you.

You will be met by the driver

At the specified time, you will be met by the driver. The driver will monitor your flight by its number and will arrive later or wait for you in the case of a small delay. He will have your phone number, and you have a phone number of a taxi dispatch operator. If necessary, he will contact you. You can also tell him, if you arrive earlier or later.

To book a car, you must specify your credit card information (VISA, MasterCard or American Express (AMEX)). If you choose the "In cash" method of payment, you can pay either in cash or using Maestro, V-Pay and other debit cards.

Transfer Order

How to find the right transfer?

Please select or enter the points of departure and destination in the search form. You will see all car classes available on this route and their description. Next to each transfer option you will see the price and the checkout button.

How long it take to calculate the transfer price?

We will inform you on the feasibility of the transfer within 12 hours. We will send you the result of calculation once we get a quotation from a carrier.

If we fail to find a vehicle you need within 12 hours, we will let you know. We will continue the search and notify you on the result, if we find the requested vehicle and get the final price.

How is the transfer value calculated?

Upon receipt of a request for calculation of the cost of transfer, our manager performs a check and sends a request for quotation to carriers. Once the quotation is obtained, you will be notified on completion of calculation, and will be able to book the transfer online.

If we fail to find a vehicle you need within 12 hours, we will let you know. We will continue the search and notify you on the result, if we find the requested vehicle and get the final price.

What is the latest time to book a transfer On-Line?

In no less than 3 hours prior to departure time. If less than 3 hours are left by your transfer, please contact our manager at +49-176-26-145-852. Surely, we will be able to offer you a transfer.

Will they drive me to my hotel?

Transfer includes a drive to any address within the city. To order the transfer to the hotel, enter the name of your hotel  in the "To" box of the search form. Please select a vehicle class and click the "Checkout" button. Then go through the fast process of transfer booking. If you can not find your hotel in the "To" field prompts, enter the name of the city where this hotel is located. When booking a transfer, please specify the name and address of your hotel. The driver will drive you directly to the hotel. The price does not depend on the address.

How to order a transfer to the airport?

Please enter the name of the hotel or the name of the city of your departure in the "From" box. Please select your airport in the "To" box. Transfer includes a drive from any address within the city. Please calculate the departure time on the basis of the specified travel time.

What if I can not find my route?

Please enter your route in the "From" and "To" boxes - indicate the city where your hotel is located or the name of the hotel, airport or train station. If no ready transfers are found, please send us a request for a transfer. Our managers will manually find a transfer for your route and send an information to your email within 3 hours.

How to check whether the vehicle is suitable?

A maximum number of passengers and luggage is specified for each vehicle class. Examples of car models representing the respective class are also provided. Economy, Comfort and Premium vehicle classes provide different level of travel comfort, and minibuses have different capacity. If you are in doubt on which class of the vehicle meets your requirements, please ask our manager or call us at +49/176-26-145-852.

What if there is no suitable vehicle?

If you failed to find a suitable vehicle or if you are in doubt which class meets your requirements, please send a request for a transfer. Please specify all the details of the transfer in your request. Our manager will manually select a class which meets your requirements.

What if I travel with children?

Children are considered to be passengers. When booking a transfer, you can order necessary restraining devices, and the driver will prepare them for your transfer. Restraining devices will be provided free of charge.

Do I need to order restraining devices?

In Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy restraining devices are required for carriage of children. A driver will be punished with a fine for carriage of children without restraining devices. If you do not order a restraining device, a driver will have a right to refuse to carry you. Child safety is paramount.

What if you do not know the flight number?

If you will know the flight only immediately before departure, please specify the city of your departure and the estimated arrival time in the flight box. We will take an order and book a car, and you will inform us on a flight number as soon as you know it.

How to specify the time?

If you need a transfer from the airport, please specify the arrival time – as it is specified in your ticket. The driver will check the time using the flight number. If you need a transfer to the airport, subtract 2 hours + travel time (it is shown on the website) from the departure time of your flight (specified in your ticket). For example, if your flight is at 2.00 PM and the travel time is 1 hour, you need to specify the departure time as 11.00 AM.

How to specify the address?

Please specify the name of the hotel or destination address in English letters. You can copy the address from the hotel voucher. If you do not know the location address, you will need to explain to the driver where he must take you. The cost includes a transfer to any address within the city.

On-Line Order of Return Transfer

The cost of return transfer is the same as the cost of direct transfer in one direction. Return transfer shall be paid only on the day of transfer. In case of timely cancellation of the return transfer, no payment will be charged.

Order of Return Transfer from the Driver

If at the time of transfer you want to book a return transfer, the driver can ask you to pay 50% of the cost of return transfer in advance. You can either make an advance payment in cash directly to the driver, or pay 50% of the cost of return transfer by your credit card.

How to check whether my order is accepted?

When the transfer is booked, you will get an email of booking confirmation, i.e. a voucher where an order number and all details of the transfer will be specified. This email means that your car is booked and a driver will meet you in agreed time. If you have not received an email of confirmation, please contact our manager.

How to make an order in a free form?

If you failed to find your route in the search form or if you have a non-standard order, you can order a transfer by contacting our manager. Please send a request for transfer or a message through our feedback form. Please specify all the details of your transfer. Our manager will find a suitable transfer for you.

Meeting with a driver

How will I find my driver?

A driver will meet you with a nameplate where your name will be specified. In case of transfer from the airport, your driver will meet you at the exit of the arrivals area. In case of transfer from the hotel, your driver will wait you in the lobby of your hotel.

Can I be sure that a driver will meet me?

We guarantee that the driver will use best efforts to meet you. He will have your phone number, and you have a phone number of a taxi dispatch operator. When exiting the airport, read carefully the names on the nameplates and hold your mobile phone on. If anything goes wrong, the driver will call you. We are specializing in transfers and thoroughly check execution of orders. There is a minimum risk to be unmet.

How to contact my driver?

One day before the transfer we will send the contact details of your driver to your email. Please notify your driver via email or by phone if your flight is delayed or shifted to another time. The driver can miss this information on the airport information board where he will track your flight. If upon your arrival you cannot find your driver, please call him or send him SMS to let him know where you are.

What if the flight is delayed?

As soon as you get to know that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver or our manager on such delay. Please enter your order number and the new arrival time.

What should I do if the flight arrives earlier?

If you arrived before the transfer time, it is possible that you will not see your driver with a nameplate at the exit of the arrivals area. Please stand near the exit from the arrivals area and wait for your driver. You can send SMS to the driver to let him know that you are already waiting him in the arrivals area.

What if the driver did not meet me?

In the most cases, the reason for the client to be unmet in the airport is the client’s failure to find the driver at the airport. Look at the nameplates once again, maybe the driver was distracted for a moment, just when you have gone out. Please wait for 15 minutes, sometimes it happens so that the driver is delayed on the road and cannot make a call. If finally the driver has not met you or contacted you within 30 minutes following the start time of your transfer, please order a transfer at the taxi desk in the airport and we will refund the difference in the cost.

You can just pass them your voucher. Pay for this transfer, and then send us a request for compensation. In case of transfer from the hotel, order a taxi at the reception.

Does a driver speak English?

We are trying to appoint English-speaking drivers for orders from English-speaking clients.

Payment order

How can I pay?

Return transfer shall be paid only on the day of transfer. When your transfer is booked, we will check a credit card you specified for its paying capacity. I.e. we will authorize your Credit Card with 0.01 Euro. The money from your credit card will neither be withdrawn nor debited. You shall pay your transfer via the payment method you chose in the process of booking. Return transfer shall be paid only on the day of transfer.

What payment methods are available?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX) and also online payment via PayPal. These are the safest and most convenient methods of online payment.

In what currency to pay the driver?

You shall pay the driver in a currency specified in your vouches, i.e. in Euro. Please prepare the necessary amount in cash in advance.

Change or Cancellation of Booking

What is the minimum allowed time to change an order?

If you change the order, you need to get a confirmation from the manager that the driver would be able to meet and take you to the place. Inform our manager on the changes, the manager will appoint a driver.

How to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order in your Account on www.alpeneuro.com by clicking “Cancel an Order” button next to the transfer you want to cancel. Also, you can call our manager, tell the number of your voucher (order) and declare your desire to cancel the transfer.

In the event of any change or cancellation of the order in no less than 1 hours before the departure time of the transfer, the fee is not charged and the order is canceled free of charge. In the event of any change or cancellation of the order in less than 1 hours before the departure time of the transfer: if you cancel or change your order in no less than 30 minutesbefore the departure time of the transfer, 50% of order price is charged, and the return transfer can be changed or canceled free of charge. If you cancel or change your order in less than 15 minutes before the departure time of the transfer, the payment is charged in full. The booked return transfer can be changed or canceled free of charge. 

Terms of Transfer

Is the price specified per car or per person?

The price is specified per car or per number of passengers you entered at the time of booking. A maximum number of passengers and standard luggage places are specified for each class. Restraining devices are available free of charge.

Do I need to pay extra for waiting?

No, the driver tracks your flight by a flight number, and if the flight is delayed he will wait you or will come later.

Does the price depend on the date of transfer?

No. You can order a transfer for any date.

Can I make an order by phone?

Yes, you can. However, we prefer online booking as we consider it more practical both for you and for us. When you book online, you can check the spelling of your name and contact details.
